Autopraisal recognizes that advances in artificial intelligence (AI) can improve efficiency in certain administrative and editorial aspects of the appraisal process. When appropriate, AI-based tools may be utilized to assist with tasks such as improving grammar and readability, formatting documents, organizing information, proofreading, or evaluating the clarity and consistency of written content.

AI is not used to determine value conclusions, select comparable vehicles, analyze market evidence, reconcile valuation data, develop appraisal opinions, or exercise professional judgment. All market research, comparable selection, adjustments, analysis, reconciliation, and final opinions of value are performed, reviewed, and approved by the appraiser based upon independent research, professional experience, and accepted appraisal methodology.

The use of AI does not replace the appraiser's professional judgment or responsibility. Every appraisal report issued by Autopraisal reflects the independent analysis and conclusions of the signing appraiser, who remains solely responsible for the content, opinions, and conclusions contained within the report.

Autopraisal is committed to protecting client confidentiality. Personally identifiable information, client documents, photographs, claim information, or other confidential materials are not submitted to publicly available AI systems for analysis, valuation, or report generation. AI tools, when used, are limited to administrative or editorial assistance and are employed in a manner intended to preserve the confidentiality of client information.

Consistent with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), all appraisal assignments are completed through the appraiser's independent judgment, impartiality, objectivity, and ethical responsibility. AI serves only as a supplemental productivity tool and never as a substitute for professional appraisal research, analysis, or opinion.
