How we conduct business matters.

Our work is often complex and involved. We have many interactions with people everyday. Some of those people are at their best and some are at their worst. We follow a service model that helps us operate at our best in every situation. 

Maintain Independence

We have access to a lot of information including other appraisals. It is of the upmost importance that we do not allow the work of others to sway our judgement or affect our own research and findings.

We're Honest...Always

We approach every situation and interaction with honesty at the forefront. We are honest and open about our dealings internally and externally. We understand intentional omission is dishonesty. 

Act with Urgency

We understand that our clients often need us when they least expect it. We approach situations urgently and respond as quickly as possibly. We know that with urgency we must be accurate and decisive.

Accuracy Matters

Our product is not tangible. It merely translates to print on paper. We understand that our work is degraded without accuracy. We always make time to double check and take quality control seriously.

We Communicate

When understand how we communicate matters. How we say it is as important as what we say. We communicate openly and before acting. We communicate regularly and as promised.
